Aug 31,2023I ordered 2 rings and a pair of earrings from Serge DeNimes. The earrings arrived broken and i reached out to the company to get a replacement / refund and when they finally agreed to replace the defective earrings (which I appreciated), they only sent back one earring i instead of two. I reached out to them again and they sent me the other one about a week later, I tried them on, only to realize that the latching mechanism was not well thought out and was very difficult to use. Im extremely disappointed as i like the earrings and how they look but the latch isn't functional and breaks easily. i understand why they don't want to refund earrings for sanitation reasons but when the return is because of a design flaw (a faulty clasp that doesn't work well) I think they should honor that.

Je lâai renvoyĂ© en suivant le processus Ă suivre sur la petit carte reçue dans le colis avec la bague. Jâai effectuĂ© ce renvoi, qui sâest malheureusement perdu en cours de route. Pour ĂȘtre plus exacte La Poste a perdu mon colis. Le service Serge Denimes nâa rien voulu savoir, refuse de me rembourser ou de me renvoyer un bague. Je me retrouve actuellement sans la bague que jâai commandĂ©, et jâai perdu 100âŹ. Et Serge Denimes ne veut rien faire. Dire que je suis déçue nâest mĂȘme pas suffisant. Une grande entreprise pareille, incapable de faire un geste commercial ou dâessayer dâarranger ses clients je trouve ça aberrant. De plus, je suis une cliente assez rĂ©guliĂšre sur leur site. Je ne recommande absolument pas. Si vous commander, soyez sĂ»r Ă 100% de la taille de votre bague. Les retours sont un enfer et trĂšs mal gĂ©rer.

They need to invest more in it because the product is very expensive and it's a shame it significantly affects its quality, besides the unique style and originality of the jewelry wins me over in the end and makes me buy againđ đ

It was also missing the polishing cloth that the website says supposedly comes with it. The packaging leaves a lot to be desired too, just chucked in a drawstring pouch with no thought into the presentation. Ended up returning because it wasnât what I expected for that price point
