Jul 21,2023I ordered a ring which was slightly too big so returned for an exchange. This exchange never happened. I’ve emailed multiple times asking for an update or a refund to which they’ve not responded. It’s been a month now and I feel like my money has been stolen. UPDATE- after writing this review customer service did get in touch and said they had responded to me but got nothing back. I asked them to please attach the response they claim to have sent but they ignored this (likely because they didn’t exist) and now they say they’ve had no correspondence from me at all despite an existing email chain. I’m very happy they resolved my issue but wish they’d just accept the mistake rather than blatantly point the finger elsewhere. For that reason my rating will remain unchanged.

Jul 18,2023The rings were good quality. Fit me perfectly. I like that a polishing fabric was included. But I am not thrilled with the packaging at all. They were just in a plain mailing pouch without any box to protect them. Two rings in one pouch! Couldn’t even be bothered to put them each in a separate pouch. I say for the price they are, the packaging doesn’t even compare to the one I bought from a brand called Cer_____. That part was just shocking.

They have ignored all my emails enquiring after the refund too. Would not purchase from again based on this alone! Where is my refund serge denimes?
