Love the experience. My bf is from netherlands and he didn't have to pay customs (DHL). He loved the ring. From the pictures he sent me it looked very shiny and he loved the star engraving on it! highly recommend this ring is such a vibe <3

I really like their products and the quality is also relatively good! However, last time I ordered a bracelet and had to wait around 3 weeks for my product to arrive. After 3 weeks I didn't get the product at all. It seemed to be lost in transit. It made me upset but what made me even more upset is that I only received an email with an apology. I expected somehow a make-it-up gesture such as some royalty points or some kind of discount for the next order. But anyway we are all human and things like this happen. Most probably I will buy with them again anyway.

I bought an earring from Serge De Nimes. It arrived faulty so I arranged and paid for a return and I did not even recieve a response let alone a refund or offer for a replacement item. Extremely poor service and communication.

Really beautiful jewellery, particularly with an emphasis on design for men, which is hard to find. Excellent selection, very good quality and reasonable price selection. Products come on time and are shipped well and best of all - ACTUALLY LAST. Will use again, it's hard to find a selection of this standard and quality in London. The rings in particular are really great!

It’s impossible to get a response from the team with delivery updates. There is no contact number. All I wanted was some basic info on the delivery of my order. I’ve found the service here very poor. Edit: I’ve emailed you 4 times and had no response. Silence. I’ve only managed to hear from anybody by leaving a message on here. The real point I want to make is this; if you can’t respond to emails within 24 hrs you need another way for customers to contact you. That could be by phone, live chat or WhatsApp. I’ve still had no reply from my emails.
