I emailed regarding this matter twice and have not received any response. I was hoping to swap my item however now I will never buy from you again.

I placed an exchange weeks ago and have heard nothing from the team, despite my return arriving with them over two weeks ago. I have repeatedly emailed, dm’d and tried to find a phone number but have been IGNORED multiple times. I spent a significant amount of money and so far have nothing to show for it. Disgusting.
