Never had a worse customer service experience in my life. I sent a ring back for an exchange 3 weeks ago now and haven't heard anything. I've emailed 4 times, tweeted them, sent a DM on Twitter DMd them on Instagram (only got a generic response back saying to email the customer service team which obviously I've already done). Not even sure what to do now! Has my item been dealt with? Has it been lost in transit? Have absolutely no idea as can't even get a simple response from the customer service team. Really poor service.

Returned an item 28th December, still no refund received as of 16th January. Contacted via their website, no response. You owe me £79….when will you give me my money?

Horrendous customer service, the only way to contact them is through poor customer service reviews. Returned a faulty item 3 weeks ago (after SO many ignored emails finally managed to get a return organised) and am still yet to receive a refund.
I sent back a return 10 days ago on 48 hr service but no response from customer services and no way of tracking. Messages sent on instagram and twitter but no response unfortunately. Not sure what to do as it's for 3 rings...?
Avoid. "Gold plated" ring. The gold came off within a few days!
Can’t fault them tbf. Ordered a ring during Black Friday sales, ordered a size too big. Reached out on instagram for the process and spoke to Rosa who explained how things would work. Royal Mail strikes meant the package took a bit longer to come but overall, the experience was great. The ring itself is beautiful and gets a lot of compliments so it was worth it

Complete lack of customer service. I have emailed 4 times regarding issues with a return, tried to call twice and have no communication with anyone at all!! I’m still waiting to resolve issues with an outstanding return of £260!! Serge team.. in response to your automated message below.. I haven’t even been able to ship the return to you yet as you have not shared the QR code for the return shipping! I processed the return but am still waiting for the shipping details to be able to send…..
WHERE IS MY REFUND? 2 rings returned and received back by your company on 22nd Dec. You've failed to respond to 2 emails, an instagram message which I can see has been read and an instagram comment. Whats with keeping hold of my money and not refunding? Shocking customer service.
Sent an item back on the 27th December (Tracked) can see it was received and haven't had any contact or refund since! Have emailed and called numerous times only to be ignored
Delivery was slow and did not come in time despite paying £12 for next day delivery. Within a week of receiving the £80 ring, the gold plating has come off, and the ring is scratched.
The product is good, but the customer service needs a lot of work, and I selected 48 hour delivery, my package turned up 3-5 days later

Horrendous costumer service. I had an issue with my address and they simply don’t respond to calls nor emails. I will be reaching out to my bank to cancel the order and get my money back. What an absolute joke.

Jan 30,2023I bought a necklace as a Christmas present, and when the parcel arrived it turned out they hadn't sent the necklace and had in fact sent an empty parcel. Followed this up immediately, and got a reply several days later. Reposted the correct item which didn't arrive in time. I returned the necklace and didn't receive any notification that they had received the return, had to chase them sending me back my money. All in all it just seems like this company is poorly run and managed, they seem overwhelmed and unable to complete simple actions with online ordering. Would avoid, I managed to get a much nicer necklace as a replacement from a local jeweller for half the price.
