The store called me back and we discussed some headphones I was thinking of buying in store physically. Turns out the item I wanted was out of stock so the team member said they could order the item from their warehouse and have it delivered to my address free of charge. I proceeded with the order that Friday and had the item delivered by 10am Monday with DPD which was fantastic.
