Feb 21,2025Visited my local Sevenoaks in Epsom To enquire about a new cartridge for my dual turntable. Was told an ortofon red would Be an easy install and fit the arm. Took it in the following week and left it with them but didn’t take long at all. Less than 1 hour. Happily recommend this branch. Sounds good too. !!

They sent me a replacement amp remote control no quibbles when it didn't work, then helped get that working over the phone. Fast response by email and phone when problem arose.
