*updated following excellent customer service to rectify our issues with original blinds*. We ordered three roman blinds for our bay window, originally when sent the backing lining was a different colour across the three blinds. After some exceptional customer service from Georgia, we are now happy with our blinds. It was a bit inconvenient to resolve, and the chain mechanism on the roller is still quite noisy so 4 star not 5. We will use them again though due to the exceptional post-sales service- this company really cares.

The curtains arrived when I was informed that they would. They are beautifully made and packaged. The poles were easy to assemble and put up. I am so impressed with the Sewing House. I am an upholsterer myself, but due to arthritis cannot make curtains anymore, so I can appreciate the work that goes into the process. Thank you so much. Eileen Hiorns.

I requested some fabric samples and was kept in touch with progress and one sample was really big too which was fab. I need to go to the cottage to try them out and decide but can’t fault the service at all so far!

Quick service very accessible for queries by phone or chat. Really good products I’ve had made to measure blinds and curtains also cushions. When I made a mistake with measurements the team were really helpful and did what they could so that i wasn’t so much out of pocket. Many thanks

This was the first time I've used Sewing House, but I was very pleased with the final product. It wasn't cheap, however, their price was competitive with other sites and their customer service was truly excellent - I had a couple of questions regarding my order and their online Instant Chat service gave me the answers I needed straightaway. I would recommend and would definitely use again.

The new curtains look great and were delivered well within the advised timescale. Really brightened up the room. I bought four pairs and unfortunately one pair had a slight defect in the fabric but this was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I have no issues recommending The Sewing House and would not hesitate using again.
