Apr 20,2024When free sample was delayed they kept me informed right up until it was received. I was told it would take two weeks to make the curtains but they arrived within 10 days and were already gathered and hooks provided. Well packaged so no creases to deal with either. Well made and look beautiful up. Price was best found on the internet too. Would definitely use them again.

Apr 13,2024Ordered from sewing house as they were the only place that made the cushion in the fabric I wanted. Arrived with wrong insert- customer service great and correct one arrived a few days later. Cushion itself ok- not worth the money- thread hanging out by the zip which got caught up when I changed the insert- I have had better made, nicer and much cheaper ones from Etsy and eBay

The cost was very reasonable compared to other providers and the delivery time was impressively speedy. I had many questions to try to find the right material that was in stock for my order, I rang and emailed Sewing House several times and they were always so helpful. Their level of customer service was brilliant.
