Installation instructions a little confusing as the manual covers many different models. Overall very happy and a great product - website is accurate in how product is depicted.

Sep 13,2024I purchased my umbrella on line with delivery to Queensland.I had a question and contacted customer service via email . The response was prompt and answered my question (about colours) . My order was also delivered within the time frame given and texts along the way . Very informative . My husband and I purchased from Shelta when living in Sydney and we had them for many years. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else ( even though I have to pay for delivery to Qld). Well worth it and I’m sure I’ll have many years of this one too it looks fabulous on my pool deck !
