And after care was terrific as I had a few questions about the wind straps that were answered efficiently and effectively including a few pictures to help. All staff dealt with were exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. And the product we purchased is great.

I used the live chat and ended up placing an order with the understanding that I could change the colour when we came to pick up the item ( we live 3 hours away). Our showroom experience wasnt so great though. Arrive rang buzzer. Eventually someone came. Asked about a product, they werent sure. We found the samples. Said we came to pick up our order, that took quite a while too. I had specified our pickup day when ordering the products.
