Jul 15,2022I called to order a plastic rectangular piece to place in the middle of my table after my dog shattered the one in there. I placed the order. There was a delay. When I called to ask about it, I was able to speak to a human being!!! That was nice that I did not need to speak to a million recordings before I spoke to a real person who explained honestly about the delay. The excuse was acceptable and they still got the piece to me in time for the party. It was perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a structured piece from this material.

Jul 13,2022I would have given 5 stars, but the time to ship well exceeded the 1-2 days the web site stated as well as the time to ship after I inquired when they would ship. My advise, be realistic with your ship date statements. My expectations would not have been so high had the web site stated "time to ship may be longer than normal up to 7-10 days". I was getting close to my deadline and I gave myself 30 days to complete.

Jun 17,2022My order of a patio table top arrived damaged during shipping. The item was poorly packed with the edges relatively unprotected. However the biggest problem is NO customer service. Emails to the customer service have gone unanswered and NO ONE answers the phone. I have been unable to arrange for a replacement so I am resorting to disputing the credit card charge.
