Jan 28,2024Website is not as easy to use as it was a few years ago. Example: a few years ago I could enter a song title and get many results. Now it seems I have to choose a style such as chorale, vocal, piano, tabs, piano-voice, guitar-voice. Also the prices seem to have skyrocketed.

However, I never got an email receipt and had no idea how the purchase was received or how it was shipped, etc. Also, I would rather be able to reach you by phone. There are no phone contact numbers on the new website. Bad idea in my opinion.

Jan 28,2024The sheet music came instantly and is just what I expected. My only criticism is that when printed, the last few measures required a third sheet of paper. By using a slightly smaller "music font", it would have fit on 2 sheets. Other than that, great service.

However, there was no packing list with the order, which made it a bit difficult to provide the treasurer of the organization for which I placed the order with the documentation she needs to reimburse me for it.

Jan 29,2024There's a good selection of sheet music available. But, the search engine on the website kept me from finding what I wanted. I used Google search to find what I wanted, then went back to sheetmusicplus.com to purchase it. In the worst case, the sheetmusicplus search only presented me with music that wasn't allowed to be purchased in the U.S. The Google search showed me music that I could purchase, and one of those was what I bought in the end. It seems that they have a new website and it doesn't work nearly as well as the old one in terms of search.
