Jan 27,2024I just received it yesterday, and placed it on December 26th. So when you place an order, you definitely need to keep in mind that you won't have your order for about a month. It would be nice if it was a little quicker, but I couldn't find this book anywhere else. Overall, I'm satisfied!

Jan 26,2024Apparently UPS "farmed out" the delivery to Mail Innovations. The delivery/tracking info said I would receive my order on Jan 16th. But, each day it said I would get it until the next day. This went on for 1 week until I finally received my order on the 23rd. I had wanted to play the music on Sunday 21st but it was too late. I have received Amazon orders on time from back east during this time so weather could not have been a factor. I have never had this problem before. The Mail Innovations that UPS apparently now uses is terrible. I researched it and found that it is not a very good company as far as delivering orders in a timely manner. If you are going to continue to use UPS - which passes on these orders to Mail Innovations - I may consider using another Music Publishing Company to order music from. I am very disappointed and upset.

Jan 26,2024The music itself would get 5 stars. However, the binding is horrible! There is no way it would lay flat on the music stand so I could play from it. I'll have it comb-bound (and hope there is enough material to accommodate that). You need to rebind these scores; I would gladly pay the difference in price. My cynical self doesn't believe that you will pay attention to my complaint.

Jan 27,2024I was not and still am not able to download the music I purchased. None of the questions on the help page in regard to the issues. There is no phone number anywhere in the help section. I'm not sure what else to do other than to use another company where it would be easy to talk to a human being about the issue.
