I never wanted to smile cause I was so ashamed of how I looked but now I smile all the time cause for once in my life I have a amazing smile. Thank you shiny smile for making my dreams come true. If anyone is wanting to make there dreams come true this is where you should go. Customer service is great and they help you with every step of the way if you need it.

Jan 10,2024Cheap brittle plastic with stress fractures before even being worn-veneers break easily with a sneeze-3 pairs and all had serious structure defects before wearing--DO NOT BUY--they have a 2 week guarantee for a reason-they crack/break quickly which is why they also want immediate reviews then block changes to the review once the customer finds out just how poor the product is

Jan 09,2024I started the impression process September 2023. I sent 4 separate molds before they were finally accepted. A specialist helped me twice on Zoom calls which was helpful. My first set of veneers were a little bumpy on few of the teeth so a second pair was made. The next pair looked much better but the bottom veneer cracked and broke and the top was rough around the edges. I am waiting on a third pair at no extra cost. The veneers give me more confidence to smile. Also my teeth are sensitive in cold weather. When I wear the veneers outside in cold temperatures my teeth don't ache anymore. Customer service has been great along the way but it takes time for everything to get resolved.

Jan 07,2024I ordered my initial upper and lower veneers about 8 months ago. Shiny Smiles was very helpful even assigning me a specialist to zoom call when I was using the provided home kit to make my dental molds. Since then I have been extremely happy with my service. I have had to have one replaced due to the way I was removing it and it tore. They discussed it with me, immediately sent me a new one, and coached me on how to prevent the problem in the future. They always respond within 24 hours. There site and their follow up processes are very easy to navigate as well. Very happy. I highly recommend them.

I ordered the veneers...I went to see a dentist due to some pain i was experiencing after ordering and he advised against using them...since I was within the 14 days to cancel I called the phone numbers listed on their website and emails....the phone numbers are all invalid!!! I also never received a response to the several emails I sent!! I even returned the unused impressions kit! I never received a refund and cannot reach anyone. This company is a scam!!!! I filled a report with the better business bureau ....don't get taken...do not order from these people!!!! I'm out if money and after taking my money online they are nowhere to be found!!! I normally do not order anything online but they seemed legit but I guess they're not.....I'm so confused and disappointed!!

Dec 23,2023I couldn't be happier. Considering that my dentist wanted to charge me $1500 just to do the bottom. I was able to upgrade my smile for less than $500. I strongly recommend this purchase to anyone's and everyone Customer service is great, just take your time doing the impressions. I suggest making a video appointment chat so they can walk you through the process Great Purchase!

Had problems with my top veneers took two sets to get them where they would snap when I put them on . Jan 14,2024So, I cannot say enough about how awesome this company is! My first set of molds were approved, so that helped speed things up. I did have to ask for revisions twice, and when all was said and done, they were perfect for me! They followed my specifications, and were so accommodating. I got the pearl color, and they are still very bright - but I am a vocalist, so I want my teeth to look great when I sing. AND there is no issue with a lisp when I sing! They fit so well! Maybe I am used to the feel of them because I have Invisalign retainers. I was so worried I would not be able to sing in them - but they are fantastic to sing in. I have a silver crown, silver fillings, and a missing molar - this was an issue that was bothering me more as I have gotten older. But now with these, I can open my mouth up widely and confidently. I waited for a week after receiving them to post this review to make certain I was satisfied - and I am VERY satisfied. Communicate well with this company and you will get what you need in the end. I couldn't be happier!
