Dec 13,2023I ordered my veneers and received them within about 5 weeks. Over time I realized I needed them adjusted and that process was super simple and they corrected them exactly how I liked. Overall having them has been such a confidence boost and the price is right. I will definitely be ordering from Shiny Smile again.

Dec 13,2023I used this service in summer 2023 and it took a few weeks to get my impressions right after sending back once or twice. but once accepted it was a very quick process and I received my set within two weeks. I’m very happy with them, and feel much more confident. I have noticed speed of email response has slowed down probably due to increased business, but customer service is excellent and able to answer any questions you have.

Dec 06,2023These are amazing! I have been wearing the veneers for a month now, and I can say they are the best clip on veneers I’ve had hands-down out of all of the manufacturers I’ve tried. Zero negative feedback. If the veneers wouldn’t have looked as nice as they do, I might have been upset about having to repeat the impression process as many times as I did, but now I see they weren’t fooling around when they said they wanted a perfect impression for a fantastic finished product.

Dec 05,2023After reviewing several companies, I decided to give Shiny Smile a try because of the great reviews. I am glad that I did. The entire process has been seamless. The communication and customer service has been excellent. I had to make my top impression three times, but it was finally accepted today, 12/4/23. Actually, the second impression was accepted as well, but I had a loose tooth when I made the impression. After my loose tooth came out, I had to redo my impressions. No biggie! I expected that. It really speaks to the company’s commitment to delivering quality products. Anyway, I just got my bottom veneers today and I am very pleased with the results. Now, I’m just waiting for my top veneers to be delivered to me. Hopefully, they will arrive before Christmas as that will be an awesome gift!

I want to emphasize that the upper part did not fit me from the first veneers, I contacted them by e-mail, and they urgently solved my problem, replaced the upper part very quickly! Nov 30,2023I really want to like this company, but there were issues from the start. Firstly for 1 top arch I think it's very expensive, about $50 or more than other leading competitors. Second issue, after I sent in my payments it took well over 2 or 3 months just to get I'm impressions I had ordered in summer, didn't get impressions until August, but at that time I too was busy with traveling and couldn't send in my impressions by the time I wanted so I went without teeth for a couple months. Third, they sent only 2 big upper arch trays and two smaller ones, which I wish they had asked because I needed more than 2 upper arch trays. Because of this, number Four once the veneers finally arrived I feel maybe the technicians picked from a faulty impressions, maybe it was their only best choice who knows. The teeth look amazing in material, they did not fit properly. Also they are slightly crooked, more than my real bio teeth which are straight and I feel the crookedness is to fix any small gapping I may have. A previous competitor company I used did not give me this issue. They made my veneers straight and even, why I wanted to try Shiny Smile was the appearance in quality and that the competitors couldn't get a tight grip like I had heard Shiny Smile could achieve. Once I added the veneers to warm water did they fit better but still had gapping issues, the edges didnt reach my gumline and the veneers appear crooked. So with that I can only show my experience.
