Jul 10,2024One of the best after sales support! I bought from shopmanzil online a CAT Luggage Trolley in Feb 2024. After a few months of traveling the luggage's wheels got cracked and chirped. I went to a CAT Apparel Outlets in Dubai but they are not able to help. I contacted CAT-Bags online but never received any response. I reached out to Shopmanzil via the mobile number and the email shown on their website. It though took sometime to hear from them, but its always good to receive a response than nothing at all. Amazingly great that the luggage bag was replaced with same model but of different color. Its always good to get the value of the product as well as the after sales support! Great Job Shopmanzil! Thanks for your patience!
