I ordered over a thousand dirhams and they blocked me in WhatsApp the costumer service is very poor they do not respect you as a costumer this not the way to run a business very poor communication NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE STAY AWAY OF THIS TRAP

I bought Arabic sandals from them. It was my 2nd order. 1st order was perfect, size, material, quality. In 2nd order i found glue was not properly pasted in the sole. Size is also loose.

Wow, I'm just amazed by the service they provided. It took only 5 days to recieve the item, from Abu Dhabi to Portugal, more than 8000 km's away. The item arrived in perfect conditions, and the quality is superb. The only downside, was the customs costs that totalized half the item's price (Which has nothing to do with shopmanzil : )). I strongly recomend their services, as I can state, that they are legit! Thank you again for a trustfull business. Ricardo Santos

Reagarding my first order with you shopmanzil is disappointing coz they never validate the shoes that they pack and deliver the shoes is damage on side of sole. I guess this was returned and when someone order this is the one they send. And the size as well for sure someone tried it so many times as of the right shoes is totally loose when i tried when it was arrived. This is not recommended at all! I never have time to returned it back even if i pay in small amount i should received right and perfect product its like no sense at all that you have this site and YOU DONT HAVE THE QUALITY TO SEND ITEMS WHICH IS A DAMAGE I CALLED. LET ME JUST TELL YOU SHOPMANZIL ITS NOT ABOUT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ITS THE QUALITY ITSELF OF UR PRODUCT.. Thats not how it works if you really check your product before sending to the customer no complaints at all. You should know better checking ur items right?! So im not a customer who exchange or refund its about the quality!!

The product range is limited. Prices are very good. But returns service is very slow, at least compared to other ecom stores. I created returns request 2 days back. Still the pick up is not carried out. Do not know when I shall receive refund. Need to expedite faster. Your competition is much faster. Namshi, 6th Street etc. they do it so fast.
