Jan 04,2023The webiste was good and clear and easy to use. I was very impressed that the goods were delivered over the Xmas period (I ordered on 23 December and there were Royal Mail postal strikes). The goods arrived on 30 December. The only downside was that i did not know that the items were coming from abroad until after i had ordered them, AND, there was noway i could see an estimated delivery date even after i had ordered the goods. Otherwise perfect and my wife loved the earrings.

I emailed and was advised to try and fix them myself as apparently it is very common for these types of earrings to arrive damaged whilst in transit. I’m very disappointed with the quality of this product and very cross with the response.

I emailed the team the same day to request a refund or exchange and received a reply asking me to wait for them to send me a returns label. I have followed this up twice as the necklace is a present for an upcoming birthday, but have still not received a response.
