Oct 20,2022didn't click on free gift even though i'd spent nearly double the required amount to get it, customer services refused to send one saying I had to re order then cancel. ( Gift was for my daughter's 18TH) When I did that on the 18th october and used code OCTOBERTREAT apparently this treat finished on the 16th October!!!!!

The online/email customer support has been truly excellent with a dedicated person coming back to me in less than 24 hours (normally within the hour) each time I wrote an email back to them. I adore my necklace and I cannot rate their customer service highly enough. Excellent product and excellent service. I will use them again and again!

Jan 12,2022Do not buy from here if you are UK based. Product takes almost a month to come, not the 4-6 day delivery time as promised by the company. Customer service is appalling with very slow and late replies.

Jan 10,2022I ordered a necklace a week ago. The money has been taken from my bank account. I have heard nothing from them. I tried calling but the number does not work. The email address they give is invalid. I don't know if my order will arrive. I created an order with them and my address is,stated as living in Netherlands. I cannot change this online as there is no United Kingdom box on their site. Wish I hadn't ordered from them.

Dec 18,2021I still haven’t received my product. I have tried the messenger service and email customer services but still heard nothing back. I ordered my product on 8th of December thinking the delivery would be 7 days. I appreciate it has only been 10 days but I can concerned it will not be here in time for Christmas. The ring I ordered is an important Christmas present.

Oct 13,2021Nice range of jewellery, decent prices, free shipping, only about a week to receive my order, what’s not to like? I got a ring that I want to wear at all times instead of my engagement ring which I want to safe for “going out” rather then risking scratching it or loosing it during everyday wear. Purchased ring is very nice, comfortable, and more sparkly than I hoped for! Will see how it deals with the everyday wear but looks like decent quality! Will be purchasing more for sure!
