I do feel they are over packaged and it may be useful if customers are asked if they are purchased as a gift. if not it is not necessary to have a robust cardboard sleeve box and then the jewellery box. Love the products so much I have placed another order.

Jul 03,2020I had a brilliant experience. I originally ordered a piece and realised I'd ordered the wrong colour. I emailed and got an immediate response cancelling my order for me. I reordered the correct item and it came very quickly. The packaging is lovely and the product is stunning. Fab service - I will be ordering more in the future.
