Apr 19,2025I purchased an eSIM for use in the USA three days prior to my departure, expecting a smooth and prompt delivery as advertised. Unfortunately, not only did I never receive the eSIM, but my repeated follow-ups went completely unanswered. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I was met with complete silence. Yet, the payment was processed instantly, and they had no issue taking my money. This experience caused unnecessary stress during my travels, as I had to find alternative options last minute. I expected better communication, especially for a service that travelers rely on while abroad. I do not recommend this provider based on this experience. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and delivery reliability in the future. I recommend Holafly.

Aug 15,2024There was a problem with the t-mobile card. I had give another email than which was used for my iPhone. So the message from T-mobile never reaches my phone. The sims 4 USA team helped me to fix it.

Mar 21,2024Need to write in for them to send over after 3 business day as no acknowledgement from them after purchase. Website not stable, prompt to a website which blocked by antivirus program. Sim still deliver in the end, hope it's activated on that day as indicated on their website.

Feb 23,2024The e-sim is working just fine, there are two things that would help the experience. 1. It would be good if it was clear on the website that the charges are in USD. My internet search specified Canada, so I expected to be charged in CAD. That is not the case. 2. It would be good if it was quite clear at the outset that the e-sim would be delivered by email on the day that it is to be activated, rather than at the time of order, with activation on the date of travel.
