Feb 11,2025Matt was a fantastic trainer, who was enthusiastic throughout & nothing was an inconvenience for him. Typically, I feel a lot of the courses we are sent on are a box ticking exercise, however, over the last 3 years of training courses this has been the stand out. I enjoyed every aspect of this course & Matt's approach to 'no death by Powerpoint', getting out on site and taking a practical approach to teaching was the perfect way to deliver this course. I am now so much more confident in my ability to set out on site & I couldn't have done it without the help & support of Matt at Site Skills Knowhow. If you are considering this course and want to know if it will be of benefit to you, don't hesitate: it absolutely will ! Thanks Matt.

I chose Matt as my instructor because he has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry in the UK and about 5 years abroad. I enjoyed the course and all the modules. I couldn’t have got this needed training elsewhere than at Site Skills Knowhow and no one could have effortlessly given the training as much as Sir Matt did. I would recommend this training a thousand times to anyone who is interested in venturing into the field of Land Surveying, Setting Out Engineering and Site Engineering in the UK.

He made sure all of us understood each and every task we were completing from the very basics to more complex problems before moving on, and helped us understand the theory behind what we were doing to increase our knowledge further. The addition of giving us real life scenarios to figure out also helped with applying our knowledge and problem solving. Great course and would recommend it to anyone interested in site Engineering and surveying.

Matt is an exceptional trainer who puts in every effort to ensure everyone fully understands the core concepts. He breaks down complex aspects of settingout survey in a way that's easy to grasp, making the entire course both informative and approachable. By the end of the 5 day training, I felt confident and competent in my skills. Having attended other training sessions in London, I can confidently say that the quality Matt delivers here is on par, and incomparable with the latest brand new TS16 robotics total station. The course is excellent value for money, with breakfast and plenty of lunch options provided each day. Thank you, Matt, for such a worthwhile experience—I'm truly glad I chose this class!
