Already admired by many and will be a huge source of joy for many years to come as so strong and well made. An expensive purchase but a good investment for the future as think it will outlast all other cheaper and less made garden furniture we have owned.

It arrived and was put together in no time by a nice delivery man. It is so well made with a fantastic finish ; looks great and is so comfortable. Excellent all round.

My new garden swing was ready sooner than expected and delivered without difficulty. The removal company that carried out delivery and installation was equally efficient and professional. The swing looks great too. A high quality product made by real craftsmen.

Dec 01,2021A beautiful piece of practical art for your garden We booked an appointment to view the swings, this is a must. The garden where they are displayed is beautiful and gives you a chance to sit on various models and to see different styles. We were told we would receive our swing by November and it was delivered on time. It is beautifully made and very comfortable. My wife is from Finland and we looked everywhere to find a swing that was similar to the one at her family farm in Northern Finland. Sitting Spiritually built the perfect Swing and we are both delighted.

Nov 30,2021The swinging seat from Sitting Spiritually is a superb addition to our garden. The initial contact with Martin was via e-mail and then he contacted us by phone. We arranged to visit Lyme Regis to look at the swinging seats in Martin’s picturesque garden setting. After trying all the seats we decided on a four seater swinging seat. Each seat is built for the individual customer and there are several options available to make yours unique. We ordered one there and then and it was delivered on time as promised. We are delighted with our seat and looking forward to long summer evenings relaxing with a gin and tonic ( or two )

Nov 09,2021Very happy with our swing seat. We'd sat on one at RHS Bridgewater so had an idea of the quality, and the one we purchased is just as good. Hand made from solid oak with a lovely finish, just what we wanted. We also had personal and attentive service, we spoke to the owner himself several times and know the name of the craftsman that actually made our seat and have his photo. Even the guy who delivered and set it up seemed to really care about the product and what he was doing. Such quality and service is rare these days. A solid recommendation from us.

The quality of the swing is splendid, more expensive than other options, but no question you get what you pay for. Very quick delivery and the customer service is superb, thank you, Siobhan. Oct 15,2021We have purchased a swing daybed with pergola for our garden. It was delivered on time (within 8-12 week anticipated delivery window). The installation itself was undertaken by the person who actually crafted the item. Installation was very clean (the team removed all the rubbish/packaging). We were also given a post-installation care advice & additional recommendations based on our particular base. All in all - great experience, and an amazing swing day bed & pergola. It *might* look overly expensive. But when you start to research - there really isn’t anything of the comparable quality & service available in the UK. I highly recommend it! Both for the quality of the item & personal and attentive service.

Oct 14,2021From order to delivery the process was seamless. These swings are beautiful, expensive, but definitely a lovely investment. We bought ours for our 20th wedding anniversary and it sits in the garden under our willow tree. The personal touches, such as carving an inscription of your choice, are delightful.

We were kept well informed about every aspect of our commission and responses to any of our queries were swift and always helpful. The craftsmanship and design is superb, resulting in a work of art and a fabulously comfortable seat. Master craftsmen in these days of mass production are a joy to find. William Morris’s wish was that the contents of our homes ( and of course our gardens! ) should be either beautiful or useful. Well, with our Sitting Spiritually commission, we have both!

The staff at Sitting Spiritually were helpful when we contacted them for advice and to place our order and kept us well informed of progress, sending photos once it had been finished.
