Jun 06,2019We couldn’t be more delighted with our swing seat and pergola. It is now the main focal point in the garden and has created a lovely seating area for relaxing. I love sitting on it with a cup of tea in the afternoon sunshine or a gin and tonic a bit later! The workmanship is superb, the pergola design very attractive and the seat so comfy. Martin was a pleasure to deal with - always helpful with any decisions or queries. It is a big investment but it will give us years of pleasure and is clearly a product that is built to last. We were originally considering a small garden house but I’m so pleased we got our swing seat instead.

Jun 05,2019Having looked longingly at the Sitting Spiritually brochure for some time nothing could quite prepare us for the sheer majesty of our Kyokusen swing seat. We had the pleasure of meeting Martin at his ‘showroom’ on a beautifully sunny day in Dorset; this greatly enhanced the whole experience as we were able to see and try out the huge range of swing-seats, day beds and pergolas with a range of backs and arms. Having taken delivery of our swing seat yesterday we can only marvel at the superb quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail that has gone into making this truly unique garden furniture. I made an enquiry and had a call back within 5 minuets, Siobhan was so lovely on the phone and spoke through all the options with me. The swing arrived at exactly the day she said it would, great service and very friendly! My mum loves her swing, thank you very much. PS I think it's great that you have a selection of swings held back for when people are making a last minuet purchase - was just what we needed!

Having long hoped for one, my opportunity finally came and I was able to see my bespoke design as I created it on the company’s very user-friendly website. They have also placed a lot of info on YouTube about the company, its ethos and its methods. Having taken the leap, I was looked after and kept informed at each stage of my own swing seat’s making so that when it arrived, it became a day to remember. I am thrilled with the result and feel that equal time and care was put into me and my purchase as into the seat itself.

Apr 28,2019We've admired their swing seats for years, but sadly out of our budget. However, a recent sale of ex-display stock brought them within our price range. Martin was very helpful with advice and explaining delivery. A real bonus is the price includes delivery and assembly. Once up, we sat on it for the first time - what a surprise! For a wooden seat they are so comfortably and relaxing. The springs supporting it on the frame give it a gentle, smooth swing. Everyone who's sat on it loves it and it looks stunning against our flint wall. A nice touch was a follow-up email one how to maintain the swing and to keeping it looking great. Thank you

Apr 23,2019We first bought our beautiful bench from Martin over 10 years ago and worked with him to create exactly what we wanted. After ten years of hard use we went back to him in March to "give it a facelift" and restore it to its former glory. As usual all the contact with the company was very efficient and extremely friendly. The bench is now back in the garden and looks stunning - it's had a complete overhaul and we will continue to get as much pleasure from it as ever. A lovely company to deal with and stunning products.

Mar 29,2019Whilst we were very happy with our swing seat commission from Sitting Spiritually, the back of the seat developed a crack in the the wood after a couple of months outside. We told Martin about this and he was very understanding. When the crack did not disapper naturally, he was very happy to take the swing seat back for repairs and replace it with a new wooden back at no additional cost to us. The service was speedy, friendly and very professional and we are delighted with our new swing seat.

Now that I am the proud owner of the new Oak Swing Seat (which looks fantastic in situ !) Jun 30,2019Having wanted one of the swing seats for a couple of years I finally ordered a Trilogy swing with a seat and a swing for myself and my grandchildren. The children love it and having their names engraved made it something personal and special for them and it looks lovely in the garden. The process of ordering and delivery was seamless with lots of information how to look after it thank you to the team at sitting spiritually.
