Jul 23,2024Not impressed at all, I placed my order after using the postcode checker to ensure they deliver to my area which it confirmed they do, then the day before it’s due to be delivered I noticed the payment had been refunded, no email to explain why just payment refunded, iv emailed asking why but had no reply. Now I have to wait a week for the money to go back into my account. Really very unprofessional. EDIT: at no point was I informed it was out of stock, I was just refunded, no one had the curtesy to send me a message to say it was “out of stock” and that I’d been refunded. That is unprofessional! Also i have just checked my bank account and my money actually took 5 days to return to my account.
