Feb 03,2022I met him few years ago while enquiring about another procedure which he did not recommend for me. He was honest and explained why I wasn’t suitable and advised of the alternative. From that visit I knew that if I wanted to have any work done I would go to him. Few years down the line I decided to go ahead with his recommendation and I regret not having it sooner. He took his time explaining everything and answered my questions thoroughly. On the day of the procedure I felt at ease and confident in his hands. Now 6 weeks post-op I am 100% satisfied with my procedure and things will improve. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone who is contemplating cosmetic surgery. Dec 02,2021From start to finish, my experience has been wonderful, my consultation with Dr Kok was perfect, he was so understanding and helpful, i felt so comfortable and he reassured me at all times, on the day of my surgery also i felt at ease knowing i am in good hands, Dr kok is honestly the best surgeon, the receptionist sindy and the woman that had helped him during my surgery were lovely! I am so happy i chose skin and follicle. Best surgeon! So happy i met dr kok

Nov 10,2021Dr Ken and Sindy are a fantastic duo! After my consultation for pinnaplasty, Dr Ken advised the best procedure for my protruding ears. Sindy was immensely patient with my back and forth emails, as I was indecisive on the surgery. I finally went ahead, with the surgery, my only annoyance is not having the procedure sooner. Ken was fantastic through the whole process and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend for professionalism, patience, reassurance and quality of surgery.

Jul 30,2021Ken is amazing ! he gave me so much confidence in having the treatment.. the results are just amazing!. Prior to the procedure, Ken took the time to talk me through what I could expect from the experience and addressed my worries. During the procedure I felt relaxed as we talked all the way through, I didnt realise where the time went and now I am so pleased with how I look. Treatments are available at many clinics but the most important thing for me was to feel that I was in safe hands and that the surgeon cared about making sure that the results were something I was happy about. May 11,2021I cannot recommend skin and follicle enough! From start to finish I was treated amazingly by all staff. Ken is brilliant listens to every minor detail you have and takes care of you all the way along through your treatment. The ladies who work on reception within the building are the loveliest ladies you could meet , everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Thank Ken for everything 5* surgeon.

May 04,2021I went with Mr Kenneth as his qualifications and how well he explained procedures stood out to me. He went ahead and did something different to what was discussed. I would not recommend him for any cosmetic procedures as this is not his forte. I urge all to look at before and after pictures.

Dr Kenneth Kok performed a procedure to pin my ears back, the actual procedure took 90 minutes and was pain free apart from the numbing injection into both ears. I am so happy with the result two months on. I would highly recommend!

Nov 23,2020My experience with Dr Kenneth Kok has been perfect and surpassed my expectations in terms of how much difference the procedure could make. From my first (very thorough) consultation at Skin and Follicle, continuing into the procedure and then the post op check, the level of care and skill I have received has been fantastic. After meeting with a few different surgeons, I knew that the expertise and attention to detail that Ken would be able to offer was indeed exactly what I had been looking for. He explained everything to me in full, and answered all of my questions and concerns. I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout. My results are better than I ever imagined and I am really delighted with the results. The procedure itself was under local anaesthetic, it was done skilfully and pain free. I have some other procedures in mind for the future, and I will return to Dr Kok without any hesitation.
