Feb 08,2019I had a pinnaplasty procedure performed by Dr Kenneth Kok in November and 2 months later, I am extremely happy with the results. The procedure was quick and simple, recovery is the hardest part! I'm so glad I chose Skin and Follicle. The staff are so lovely, friendly, supportive and provide you with lots of information. Jun 13,2018I had my hair transplant with Dr Kenneth Kok. He is an amazing surgeon using the latest Artas Robot machine. From my first phone call to the clinic manager to my first appointment with Ken. Procedure was explained in great detail . I felt so relaxed throughout my consultation. I had my surgery . Dr kok and nurses looked after me on the day. I am so pleased with my results. Highly recommended. Neil Price.

Apr 25,2018I had the pleasure of attending the clinic today for a facial which was carried out by the lovely Sindy. The clinic itself is so welcoming, easy to get to and park. Sindy was wonderful, very knowledgeable, great treatment and such a lovely way with people. I have visited previously and seen Kenneth Kok for anti-wrinkle treatment. By far the best results I have ever had and done by a consultant who cares, reassures and takes time to listen to your needs and advise accordingly. I would not hesitate in recommending Skin and Follicle and can’t wait until my next treatment with Sindy in two weeks. Thank you all!

Aug 10,2017I had a wonderful experience with Dr Reza starting from the consultation to the actual surgery. He made me feel really comfortable by explaining all the pros and cons of the procedure and what would be the best option for me. I haven't had any issues since the procedure and I'm glad I had it done as I feel more confident and happy with myself.. I definitely will be recommending this to anyone who needs it. Sumita was also a wonderful lady with lovely manners.

Jul 29,2017I came to Skin and Follicle initially for ear fold treatment with Reza Nassab who talked me through my options and we found that otoplasty would be more fitting for the look that I was after. It was nice that instead of just agreeing with what I wanted he gave me his opinions too and we discussed any questions or doubts that I had. Reza and Ken performed the surgery a few weeks later and they are amazing and very professional! They made me feel really comfortable and not worried at all. They were really supportive and everything was very clean. These guys are really good at what they do and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. So happy with the end results and they know it too haha. Keep up the good work :-) Oh and the receptionist Sumita is really lovely too! K

Staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable with booking consultations and coming to see the Dr/Surgeons regarding my procedure right from the start of the booking of a consultation right through to the end of my procedure and check ups in between. Always been a great support with any queries over the phone or email. Couldn’t recommend skin and follicle enough! So happy with my results and how comfortable I felt at all times. The very best!!!
