Oct 11,2024There was an issue with the website when I was ordering. I was charged $49.95 for a product I did not want. I called and was given the runaround and then basically told I was just going to have to deal with it. I had not even received an email confirmation yet. They insisted it couldn’t be stopped.

Oct 11,2024First of all, they don't tell you that when you order something free that it's going to be set up on autopay. Then when your charge comes through and you have no idea what it's for, they refuse to refund it even though you didn't want the auto pay and when you cancel your order, they continue to charge you saying well. We're charging you for the free stuff because you canceled your subscription which is complete and utter crap. It's dishonest and disrespectful and I will not be buying from them again. I don't trust them. They've overcharged my account and now it's going to be in the red and they are very well aware of this and refused to refund any money whatsoever.

Oct 06,2024Placing an order through SkinnyFit was very easy. The option to subscribe and save is a great value as well. I received my order before the anticipated delivery date. I opted for the mango peach flavor and it tastes better than I hoped it would.

Oct 06,2024If I could give them 0 stars I would! Like many others have written. I did a 30 day “try before you buy” promotion. That you only pay shipping and won’t be charged for the product if you don’t like it and return it within 30days. If not they charge you the total amount ($50). As I was checking out I hit continue to checkout and it added 3 other products at the full price charging me before I even confirmed checkout. It’s very misleading and is purposely like that. I argued with customer service for HOURS. To only getting 75% of my money back but getting to keep the products. Well the products arrive and they are DISGUSTING. I immediately emailed saying I would be returning the try before you buy product and needed a shipping label and asked not to charge me. Well I woke up this morning to a $50 charge from them. It hasn’t even been 30 days and I emailed saying I would be returning. This company is horrible. Do not buy their products for your own sanity and bank account.
