Oct 24,2024I ordered a few things. Which have not worked. Sunday they took $51 out of my account. Today being Wednesday they took another $50 out of my account. When they took the first 51 I emailed them and have called the number for it to repeat over and over. You push 1 to leave a message and the recording just keeps going. You can’t push a button to leave a message. Now my email was returned saying there was a mistake. So now what does a person do. I’m going to the bank and change my card info and they want get anymore. Nobody can run a decent business anymore. Everybody’s out to get everyone else over. I hope you shut your doors for doing this to me.

Oct 24,2024Terrible customer service. It says they have 24/7 call service but you cannot reach them. They clearly do not wanna pick up, every 5 seconds the automated voice on the call says “thank you for your patience if you want to leave a voice message please press 1 and we will call you back” I’ve stayed on the call for a while, tried leaving a voicemail, it’s been days and I haven’t heard back. I even emailed them but they take days in between emails as well. Inefficient as hell. I ordered products and never received them after I forgot to put an apt. Letter and it was returned to sender, so I assumed I wouldnt be charged obviously. 1 month later I’m charged $120 for two products I never received and customer service is terrible. They insisted I had the products on hand even though I don’t, which I told them. Now waiting on a reply to that email. Who knows when or if I’ll ever get my refund

Oct 23,2024I only ordered the trial for 595 but 20 minutes later I was charged over $200. I got about six tracking numbers emailed to me in a cryptic messaging system. I sent the package back as soon as I received it I disputed it with my credit card skinny fit lied, and now I’m stuck with this charge, even though I sent the product back because these people are scammers Rip off very unsatisfied with the service customer service is gives you the runaround and the product is a scam too.
