Nov 29,2024Hemos viajado bastante y puedo decir que el servicio personalizado que nos ha brindado Don Sergio González, simplemente es fenomenal. Se preocupa por el más mínimo detalle. Ya es la segunda vez que hemos comprado con el señor González y siempre se caracteriza por el excelente trato. En marzo del 2025, un grupo grande de mi familia vamos a viajar para una celebración y sin duda alguna vamos a utilizar los servicios de Don Sergio para todo el asesoramiento y los mejores precios. Nov 28,2024SkyDay Travel & Tourism LLC is fradulent entity. Book with them at your own risk. They falsely advertised a round trip ticket for an international destination on Delta Airlines. I entered my information and credit card details into their website and made the booking. Only to find out that they booked the wrong dates, and then they were asking me for more more "because the airline changed the prices". I knew something was up when they would ask me to text them the code from my credit card company while the agency was charging my credit card for the itinerary/booking. My suspicion led me to call Delta Airlines directly. A Delta Airline representative told me that the booking was not linked to any travel agent - the booking is showing as if I were the one making the booking. The whole debacle spanned a period of about four days. When I then decided to book my trip myself with Delta, the ticket prices for my original travel dates had doubled. I will be suing SkyDay for damages, and the difference in the airfare I had to pay because of the fraudulent scheme they were trying to run on me. Negative five stars. Will not recommend.
