Mar 22,2024i booked a flight and received a confirmation regarding my united flight i kept asking when ill see the charge on my cc and they kept pushing me off a few days later they told me that they weren't able to book it at the end all flights already went up significantly in those few days and now I'm stuck with only bad options

Mar 17,2024Please trust me when I say do not use this company to buy your tickets. I bought a ticket for $400 and soon recieved a Whatsapp message from a guy called Mike saying "do you want to book this flight" and then proceeded to spam calls which seemed really dodgy. I decided it didnt seem right so i requested to cancel instead in which he said "Miss it’s already under process and your departing return flight is confirmed it’s just the departure flight left now" and asked for a call back. I called and they kept asking if i wanted to cancel and i kept saying yes but ofc he kept trying to deter me. After the call i asked for some sort of confirmation of the cancellation and he said "no please its my work. you will receipt of cancellation in 3-4 working days so do remind me here." ??? I told them they were being unprofessional and they said "before acusing us of being unprofessional pls check your card statement if the money is deducted or not" Never experienced anything like it. Dont bother, pay extra for a more trustworthy airline

Mar 17,2024I’m writing on behalf of my wife who just booked a flight through this company. They are 100% shady!!! They do not give accurate pricing! They post prices which are way underpriced so they can then contact you and sell you a more expensive flight! They are used car lot salesmen who are beyond shady! Such a garbage company!! Avoid like the plague! Go elsewhere for peace of mind.

Mar 15,2024Scam & False Advertising I booked a flight for the price of $200 and their website even said & claimed the price shown there & offered full availability that goes within my price range and agenda. I later then receive a call from them telling me they are going to charge extra and that they can’t give me any of these days, locating a different area too. They were trying to force me to cancel. But thats not the problem, the problem is why are you false advertising, this shouldn’t be an issue & this is also not fair for the customers either. I don’t understand why they would charge extra for something they made a mistake and posting these false information & advertisement prices It’s also misleading to us customers :(. We are paying for what we saw what you provided.This is Rude and so unprofessional.
