Oct 25,2024I was scammed. This company charged me separately for flight ticket and taxes and other fees separately and caused me to missed my traveling date. I canceled the flight. I only got my flight ticket cost of $1069 back but they have been neglecting me and refused to pay me for the taxes and other charges of $144.96.

Aug 26,2024I was going to Puerto Rico with my family, I bought 6 tickets from Skyday Travel. At first I was skeptical about it, because it was my first time buying tickets from an agency. But I had an agent named Mike who told me not to worry everything will be fine. I couldn’t find the date I needed to travel, when I called Mike to tell him about the date he told me to give 15 minutes; when he called me back he got me the date I wanted. Unfortunately the day of my departure I missed my flight, my children were disappointed the staff from the airport told me I had to book another flight where I had to stop two times before I reached my destination. It was 8:pm when I called agent Mike and told him about my situation he said, don’t worry give 10 minutes I will call you back. When he did, he got me a flight the next day; what the airline attendants couldn’t do Mike did within 10 minutes. The next day I was able to travel with my family without any issues. Thank you Mike for going above and beyond to put a smile on my children face. You’re exceptional! Sandra. M

Nov 28,2024I booked a flight for November 28 2024 from 8:30 am and they tried to change it to 10 pm. if I cancelled they were going to charge me $160. I had to change my flight for the 29th and ended up spending almost $200 more. Very unhappy for first time using this Viva company
