Apr 09,2021Love this mattress. I wake up feeling like I am floating sometimes. I bought the complete set with the bedframe. The frame is not as good as the mattress and could have been a bit bigger. But I really am nit picking here. All in all the best bed I have ever slept in 4.8 stars overall :)

Apr 09,2021The whole experience from ordering, to delivery and then the unpacking was excellent. Was fascinating watching the mattress expanding etc, We also bought the bedframe and are very happy. We both now sleep so much better. No more sore hips or backs when we get up in the morning. Thank you Sleeping Duck. PS our 2 small dogs love the bed too as they can jump up lol

Apr 09,2021We purchased the sleeping duck mattress for our guest bedroom and we LOVE IT. We bought the medium density which is supportive and moulds to your body. My husband has a bad back and he prefers the sleeping duck mattress over our original king bed mattress. It is quite heavy but that would be my only negative comment.

We have always ended up disappointed with mattresses we have purchased, never getting what you had been promised after spending a lot of money. Not the case with this bed. Purchased a Sleeping Duck king size bed frame and (medium) king mattress. The bed frame is solid, easy to put together and looks great. Mattress is the best we have ever slept on. So comfortable. No more tossing and turning and am at last getting a good night sleep. Also purchased the sheet sets available through the SD store and again they are outstanding quality and very comfortable to sleep on. It took a long time to make the decision to buy this mattress due to past experiences but from start to finish, from customer service, product quality and follow up service - don't hesitate. Nothing to lose with the 100 day money back guarantee. Wish I had bought this bed and mattress sooner.

Apr 02,2021We purchased a sleeping duck bed 22 March 2021. We couldnāt sleep on the product. They couldnāt send replacement foam to help fix the problem until May. It was causing head, neck and back pain. They offered a refund but not on the $549 bed frame. Buyers be ware on this China built product. After posting on another product review site. They said the foam is in stock 1st week of April. In front of the world they changed there story. Just to look like the good guys. Very disappointed Sleeping Duck. Department of fair trade ask us to call for a solution first. The manager refused to come to the phone. The poor staff had tell this sad story as the manager cowardly did nothing. Tv add 100 % money back. But not on the matching bed frame. The web site said refund on bed accessories, wow nice surprise on another page no refund on bed frames. I think they will change this very soon. You couldnāt sleep on it for a couple nights the toxic smell was that bad. We are looking for another bed, Australian made. If anyone needs a kings size sleeping duck bed frame please send a message.

Being delivered a matress to your door the day after purchase is amazing. I ordered the softer matress and I now collapse into bed every night with a sigh of comfort. Very pleased with everything! I do have some aches and pains though and this mattress hasn't eliminated them but I can happily say that I can now eliminate a bad mattress as being the potential cause.
