I suffer with back problems and I often woke during the night with severe backache. My husband would complain of neck and hip pain. Jul 25,2015We bought a $4,000 bed from a well known store that just didn't work out, bad back after just a few nights, and we were told we couldn't replace it! So, when my wife said she'd found a bed online, that it shipped in a box, i was cautious to say the least... but, when she said it came with a 100 night money back guarantee i thought, well, why not give it a try. Plus it was half the price of our costly mistake, and that included shipping and a base! It was easy to unroll and decompress. Base was easy assembly. As mentioned in the literature online, there was a slight oder after decompressing but it dissipated very quickly. It's been a few months now, and our Sleepy Duck has been great, really comfortable! Jul 24,2015I purchased the firm sleeping duck king size, we have purchased many mattresses over the past few years all of which changed their feel to just to soft or just sinking in after a couple months, the sleeping duck has been the cheapest I have ever purchased and by far the best I have ever had, the guys at sleeping duck are great to deal with they have contacted me twice to make sure I am happy with my puchase. I was very concerned about ordering a matress online with out even seeing one or lying on, but have no fear it is well worth it you won't be disappointed.

My daughter and I loved our mattresses (soft to medium) however my son had ordered a "medium to hard" and he found it too hard. We rang Sleeping Duck and it was exchanged immediately. Jul 21,2015My wife and I were looking for a new mattress and had decided to get a King Size (up from the previous Queen) We tried a number of mattresses in various stores priced from $1000 to $3000 (some were on special so had higher list prices). After lying on each one we couldn't really tell if the higher priced ones would more comfortable. The only way to be sure is to sleep on them which of course you can't do. I saw Sleeping Duck on the internet with good reviews and the offer to try it out and return it if not happy. It seemed a bit odd buying a mattress on the internet unseen and delivered in a box! It was interesting watching it expand after unpacking, and very pleasing to find that it was very comfortable. I can't even feel any movement on my side when my wife turns or gets out of bed. I was also impressed that Sleeping Duck staff contacted us after a few weeks to make sure we were happy.

Jul 20,2015Hi All. Had reservations about ordering online but their guarantee puts this at ease. They even check in on you during delivery and shortly after purchase to check progress. Opinion; it is quite possibly the best mattress we have ever had. For the this price point, it is unbelievable. We wasted out time at various bed shops but any decent mattress is $2000, $3000 or more, and probably still not this good. We even purchased an Ikea mattress to try, but it was simply not nice to sleep on and so does not compare here. Do yourself a favour here, you really don't have anything to lose, except sleep, until you in you're finally in a sleeping duck (Titan). From a very happy sleeper. Thanks Sleeping Duck.

Jul 15,2015I needed a new mattress so I went on line searching as I was reluctant to go in store and get confused by too much to choose from. I found Sleeping Duck quickly and went to the web site. Because you don't but a mattress every day I was feeling a bit naive. The web site was informative, they had what I wanted and would bring it too me and if I wasn't happy they would take it back. I was happy to place an order. Everything proceeded as they said it would. The delivery company called to make arrangements and were polite and on time. It was fun to release the duck, I recommend watching the video so you know exactly what to do. I just loved the packaging and how it must cut down transport costs. It is a substantial product, I'm a strong man and I need my son to assist to get it into place. Desmond has called two or three thine to check that I am happy. I can highly recommend this product and the company management. There are many companies out there that could take notice of how to do business. It has been my best experience buying a product on line. Go for it!

Simply order online and they deliver to your address within days. It is such a comfortable mattress. I have never had trouble with sleeping, but now I sleep even more! Jul 14,2015I was a bit reluctant to purchase a mattress online which I had not tested in the store. I bought it solely because of all the positive reviews. It is by far the best mattress my fiancee and I have ever had. We got the King size firm, it is super comfy with minimal parther disturbance. I did read a few reports about smelly mattresses when unpacked, but ours had no odour at all. Maybe just a tiny hint of "new car" smell but nothing unpleasant. Only thing that annoyed me was the sheer weight of the mattress. It is VERY heavy and a single person cannot carry or move it. I believe it is 60kg for the King size! But I guess top quality is just heavy. We've had it for two months now and we've never slept better. Can highly recommend Sleeping Duck to anyone who's after a high quality mattress at an affordable price.

Jul 09,2015As we were moving into a new home with a larger bedroom we were excited about finally getting a king size bed but the prices of the name brand store bought ones were astronomical. We just weren't willing to part with that sort of cash for a mattress so after weeks of trawling the net for advice one name kept popping up with endless positive reviews. The Sleeping Duck Titan. Like others, we were a bit skeptical about the amount of positive reviews online and while the cost of the mattress was a fraction of the more well known brands it was still a lot of money to drop on a product sight unseen. After digging a bit deeper and being satisfied with their warranty we placed an order. Admittedly we had to wait just over a month for our order to be filled due to a back log of orders but we saw this as a positive sign and were happy to wait. We finally got it home and after struggling a bit to get it upstairs (it's heavy!) we cut the plastic and watched it fold out and into shape within seconds. It needed a couple of days to fill out completely but once it did and we got it on our king base we knew after our first night on it that we had made the right decision. I work away for 10 days at a time and I love coming home to that bed and the sleep is even better knowing we have saved literally thousands of dollars by going through Sleeping Duck. I can't recommend this product and the company highly enough.

Jul 08,2015We ordered the medium/soft mattress. I prefer a firmer mattress whereas my husband prefers soft. I am extremely happy with this product I feel well supported posturally, the medium/soft is quite firm more so than we expected. Although my husband would have prefered a little more softer than it is, we both feel well rested and enjoy coming home to a comfortable bed each day. The service from sleeping duck was excellent, there was a slight delay in our delivery however they followed this up for us promptly. My only constructive feedback for this mattress is that it is very heavy to lift when making the bed etc...however we both really like how comfortable this mattress is. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality mattress at an affordable price.

My husband and I are both sleeping soundly since we purchased the bed and I no longer suffer from back or shoulder pain. The bed is so comfy and I am amazed at the price of the mattress as well. Jun 30,2015So I had just moved to Melbourne from London and just got the keys to a new apartment. I had no bed, no furniture, just a suitcase with me... I had a foreign credit card that the Sleeping Duck website didn't really like. So I gave them a call expecting to get redirected to India... but a charming lad picked up the phone and helpfully placed my order while welcoming me to Australia. The mattress arrived the next morning in a long box. I cut open the vacuum wrapper and whoosh! the mattress sprung into action! Cut to 3 months later, my partner and I are very happy with the mattress - If one of us has to get up earlier, the other person won't notice; there's no dent in the middle; you can wriggle as much as you like on the other side, provided yo don't take all the quilt, the other person won't notice; it keeps the right temperature and you sink down just the right amount. It's just awesomeness that money can buy (and also a few hundred dollars cheaper than the equivalent in other brands)

Jun 30,2015After doing the usual store search for a suitable mattress to replace old mattress that was not giving support and needed to alleviate lower body pains during night I then started the internet search with the usual worries of buying sight unseen. I have to say that it has been an amazing transformation, I can not believe how comfortable the mattress is. I feel as if i am sleeping on air, the only downfall is getting up for work has become a lot more difficult. I would definitely recommend sleeping duck to everyone, apart from the comfort, it was easy to order and arrived quickly.

Jun 18,2015With a husband who could sleep on a wall - and has done - and who thinks beds should last at least a lifetime, it has been a little bit of an uphill push to get round to buying a new bed. However with springs beginning to push through, agreement was reached and having bought a new ottoman base which was on offer, but not wishing to buy a mattress online, we went to a good local department store and spent a while trying to form an opinion after a few minutes of lying on their mattresses. The salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy but it was still rather daunting; we found one we thought would be ok at over £700 but we nearly agreed. Then we were told the delivery time would be around 5 weeks! Going home I searched the net and quickly came across Sleeping Duck. To be honest, just because I liked the name I looked further and was impressed with the vision and success of the business. When we saw the 100-day trial we realised there was nothing to lose. Our mattress arrived just a week later in an amazingly-designed box - complete with built-in castors to roll it along - and it was so exciting to lift it onto the bed, open the packaging and watch it expanding! Some reviews have said there was a smell, but we did not find that and we slept on it around10hrs later. The most comfortable night for ages. Yes, it is a heavy mattress, but that is due to the quality and the fact that it is over 12" deep - with easily-obtainable 14-16" fitted sheets it is very easy to make up. Simply push one end of the sheet down behind the headboard and then stretch over the foot. Aug 09,2015In the 8 years being together my husband and I have purchased our 4th mattress, and something I never thought I'd ever be saying is that that it's fantastic, suits us both down to the ground. My husband prefers a hard mattress while I like something a little softer, we've both tried comprising but to no avail, hense mattress number 4. Out of desperation one day I spent a little time on google were I came across sleeping duck. An amazing piece of engineering, what I dont understand is why aren't all mattressess made this way? We read all the reviews and with the 100 day money back guarantee thought we had nothing to loose. We placed our order, it arrived only a few days later, the delivery guys were very helpful and carried it up to the bedroom for me as it is very heavy (quality in my eyes). The unwrapping totally unbelievable, taken out the box it looked like a rolled up carpet, but once the vacuum seal was broken it took seconds to become a very deep substantial mattress. Some reviews comment on the smell, well yes it was there when I first opened it, but by the time I went to bed that night it had gone. That night sleep was the best I can remember for a very long time, the mattress is firm but with little softness in the top inch or two. Being a fair bit lighter in weight then my husband I found with many of our previous mattresses that when he turned over I felt that I would be bounced out of bed, but there was none of that, he even tried deliberately, it just seems to take the bounce his side while keeping me perfectly still. I can not express how happy we are with our purchase, before we purchased this we were looking in a well known bed retailer at a £1200 mattressess but I'm positive it wouldn't have been as good as our sleeping duck. I must just comment on the customer service too, that to is excellent since our purchase we have received two follow up calls just to check everything is to our satisfaction!
