Jun 04,2015My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress and had originally decided on a local based company, until we read reviews on their mattresses. We then found reviews on the Sleeping Duck Titan mattress and wondered if they could be to good to be true. I have to admit that we were a little concerned about purchasing a mattress without even laying on it but decided to give it a go as we were unable to find 1 negative comment about the mattress. The service that Sleeping Duck provided was exceptional and communicated with us every step of the way, which, to be honest, I find lacking in a lot of companies these days. We received our mattress exactly when we were told it would be delivered. The unconventional packaging did not concern us at all as we had read what other people had written about it. When first laying down on the bed, we were a little skeptical (we had ordered the firm mattress) and it initially felt a little "soggy". But once you played down completely words cannot express how comfortable the mattress is. After only one night, both my husband and I woke up without back pain. The first time this had happened in a long time. Several months later we still cannot speak highly enough of this mattress and are so impressed with it that we have just ordered one for our son's bed. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking to purchase a new one and to not be afraid of purchasing online as the company are nothing short of amazing. Thank you Sleeping Duck !!!

May 15,2015After one week use my wife started complaining. I asked what's wrong? She said in our old mattress I was able to wake up early at 6AM. But in this new on I can't get up early keep sleeping.....! Thanks, Anil

May 13,2015I was hesitant about buying a mattress online but was swayed by the many positive reviews and ordered a firm QS mattress. Delivery was brilliant however the mattress was too firm, one quick phone call saw a replacement medium inlay arrive within two days at no cost and the mattress was transformed, the best I've ever had. This is a great product backed up by brilliant customer service.

May 12,2015I never do reviews because I believe they may be skewed. But I bought a queen and king sleeping duck because I wanted to believe that finally there's a mattress that actually is more comfort than hype, better value than big advertisers, but feels like I'm sleeping on a million dollars. This mattress really does what it says. After three nights my husband and I really sprang out of bed without ache and pains in the morning. His snoring has dramatically reduced. And when he gets up or rolls over or kicks during the night, I still sleep like a princess, undisturbed. Service and follow up is exemplary. Delivery was on time. Superb on all levels. Thank you.

May 12,2015We purchased our Sleeping Duck mattress a few months ago after a whole lot of research. To date we have had zero regrets and awesome sleeps. Once we made the choice to go with Sleeping Duck, the entire process, from go to woah, was painless. Ordered online, delivered promptly and came all vacuumed up in a neat little box so you can get it into your room easily and pop that sucker open without having to do all that awkward door/stair manoeuvring. We went with the Titan Queen, Firm and my partner and I have had sweet, sweet relief from the dodgy backs we were copping from the old one. Love that you get 100 sleeps to work out whether or not the mattress suits, this is a big choice and I am passionate about my sleep! Gave us plenty of time for any possible buyers remorse to wear off. I love a cooling off period although this one was deemed unnecessary. And the icing on the mattress has been the outrageously good customer service. Twice, since we purchased, our dear Sleeping Duck, we have received calls to make sure we are happy and getting a good kip. What a mob of legends. In short, it's a tip-top mattress and a tip-top company and a massive shout out to Des at Sleeping Duck customer service, he's a total champ! Night!

May 04,2015I was sick of looking at and buying bad beds and was skeptical about purchasing a mattress without a trial, spent a lot of time researching - and the overwhelmingly positive reviews were a big factor - This bed is like (Goldie Locks) in the story- just right , Its firm but not to firm & more comfortable with more supportive than any I had tried in numerous mattress shops. Now no lower back pain and neck stiffness and haven't had back pain since . The service from the guys at Sleeping Duck is first rate I don't know how they do such a great job for the price. Thanks guys its helped me a lot to not have pain from sleeping.

Jun 15,2015Mattress is lovely to sleep on but a bit heavy and bulky. This is not a problem except when changing the linen. Was very impressed with the service when I needed to exchange the hard mattress for the soft/medium.
