I emailed asking for assistance because the wrong product was purchased and the product I received was opened when I got it, and I never got a response. I sent photos what condition the package was when I received it.
Comparing pricing to SoClean - this is a much more economical review. Have used the Sleeplay version in my CPAP and all seems to work well.

My order took forever to be delivered, wrong item sent the first time. Replacement was completed over the phone and was still delayed. This caused me to be without a filter for my So Clean 3 for a very long time.

You said shipping time 3 to 5 days. You sent it one day after ordering, and I sent it to a temporaruvaddresss, it arrived before me and got lost. Had to purchase a new one. You should comply, 3-5 days is not 1 day
I found your company very incompetent I still have not received it I ordered it and June the 23rd it was sent to the wrong address sent back to you I have never gotten credit for it nor have I received the face mask thank you
I ordered a water chamber lid adapter so I could use my So Clean 2 with my new ResMed air sense 11 CPAP. I received the unit in good time. But I'm not impressed with the adapter itself. It's so noisy due to air leaking, that it kept waking me up during the night even with ear plugs. So I'm not able to use it. And I'm worried that changing it out is going to cause my water chamber or lid to break and I don't have a spare yet. I haven't had a chance to see if there is a better adapter on the market yet. So overall good service, poor quality item.

I was confused about the discount. The email offered 20% off for a limited time and then 15% off popped up. I thought great, another 15%off, so I clicked on it. At checkout only 15% had been applied. I called and the agent explained that you can’t get both discounts. He adjusted my purchase to reflect the 20% discount. Why did the website continue to offer 15%? Error needs to be fixed.
