I’ve lost 3 stone with them so far, but besides their easy to follow weight loss plan, what sets them head and shoulders above the rest is their incredible support staff. They’re available much of the day for any question or query, and are so friendly and helpful, you never feel like you’re on your own. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about them. I’m a loyal customer who recommends S&S as thee VLCD to use.
