Tasty products for VLCD diet. I have ordered several times, and via Amazon. Slim and save customer service good, had a problem changing password as could not log in. Swift response and polite lady rang and sorted issue for me. Cant stand any porridge, such a shame you do not seem to do a cereal substitute as other VLCD sites do. Which does restrict how often I order direct from you. Shakes, soups and meals are fine - add a few veg or salad. Not keen on bars - but then do not have a very sweet tooth so seldom crave chocolate. Crisp selections are fine - but are rather expensive. I have substituted with my own supermarket choices and not hindered weight loss either. Lost weight and kept it off with this, now basically maintaining loss. Never had a problem with delivery.

The company Slim & Save are 100% spot on when it comes to their products. Their customer service is so fast and helpful. I love the taste of their shakes, and there is so many different ones to try. This is the only diet products that work for me. I fully recommend them to anyone that is thinking about this product.

This is a good product with plenty of different flavours. If you follow the guidelines then you don't usually feel hungry or anything like that. The main thing is it works and you do loose weight but you do need to plan your return to normal food carefully so as not to overeat when coming off the diet.

If I could give 100 stars I would. This is at least the third time I have attempted this programme and I am one week down with many to go. The staff Jasmine,, Joanne and Katrina are all amazing and nothing is ever a bother. They are so gifted with knowledge and all very patient and understanding. They should be commended for their hard work in keeping so many women and men on track in supporting them on their weight loss journey. Thankyou all so much. Xxx

I didn’t ask for help or assistance but I was contacted directly by Slim and Save as THEY had noticed I had had some problems logging to place an order .. which in the end I had managed. A simple courtesy call to ensure I had managed to log on and that everything was ok and did I need any further assistance …. Didn’t think courtesy calls existed anymore… WELL DONE!!! Leading the way in customer service ..100% outstanding!

This company exels in customer service. Not only that the products really work. I urge anyone thinking of trying slim and save to take that first step. The only thing that you will loose is the extra weight that you carry. Since being on the program that is fully nutritionally balanced I feel more energetic and healthy. Go on, treat yourself. You will not be disappointed.
