I started my slim and save journey around 4 months ago and have lost just over 3 stone. The range of products is amazing and they are all fantastic quality. The admin support at SnS is brilliant and the team there are super quick at resolving any queries or answering questions about products, orders and the diet. I would recommend 100% to anyone who has been told a VLC diet is suitable for them to loose weight.

Easy to follow and very friendly website. Most importantly, speed delivery as don't need to wait for a long time between buying and receiving food. As a working person, i find collecting my order from my nearest convenience shop, very convenient and time consuming.

Ordered on Saturday afternoon for Tuesday delivery , then got an email to say my products would be delivered on Monday . To be honest I didn’t expect any different from Slim & Save as their customer service is second to none - and the products are excellent too .

I have found this company to be very efficient and helpful. Deliveries are always quick, the customer service is very helpful and friendly and will help with answering any queries. No packs are going to taste like the real thing, but S & S have got them down to being quite palatable, in fact some of the packs are as nice as the real thing.
