The MySlomin’s app for iOS and Android provides a robust, easy-to-use system for remotely controlling the Slomin’s Shield system. Not only can users remotely turn on and off lights, lock and unlock doors, and change the temperature, but they can also set up scenes in which devices work together automatically. Slomin’s also offers heating oil delivery, oil burner installation and repair, and gas and AC maintenance and repair in the Northeast.

Jul 26,2024The overall installation and servicemen were professional, informative, courteous, friendly and neat. I was not happy with the huge time frame given as to when they were due to arrive. These days people don"t have a 8 hour time frame to just sit around and wait. I find that to be inconsiderate on all accounts

Jul 26,2024If you want to feel just like a number instead of a valued new customer slomins is the company for you. Salesman promises you the world then disastrous install job. Salesman said not my department. Call Center is a joke appears to be some overseas operator with no knowledge of the slomins system or ability to solve problems. Techs appear to be overwhelmed and overworked with little control to manage the job or supplies they use to finish your job. If you want tons of the cheapest transformers and powerstrips laid in a disorganized mess this is the company for you. My strong advice pay more for a better company or at least stay away from this one. You get what you pay for. Wish I could upoad an image of my install job

Jul 23,2024The marketing person Sean was helpful in deciding changes to our security system for upgrade and pricing as well as setting up the tech to come out and install and giving his cell so if we had an issue we could text him right away, and he was reaponsive quickly when we had questions. Sean is a great asset to Slomin. The tech came on time, was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable, kept the area he worked in clean and was respectful of our birds when testing the system as not to scare them, he dampened the sound of alarm by covering the alarm. All in all excellent install and customer service.
