The MySlomin’s app for iOS and Android provides a robust, easy-to-use system for remotely controlling the Slomin’s Shield system. Not only can users remotely turn on and off lights, lock and unlock doors, and change the temperature, but they can also set up scenes in which devices work together automatically. Slomin’s also offers heating oil delivery, oil burner installation and repair, and gas and AC maintenance and repair in the Northeast.
Technichin was very polite and informative. The installation went smoothly and did as promised with showing as little as possible wire for camera connection.

The main tech, Jose, was good. But 1. You won’t provide any appt. times. 2. You call to say “tech is on the way,” which meant in both cases they were still 2 hrs away. 3. You sent 1 tech to do lots of work. He had to call for a helper. 4. Despite all the testing the techs did, something still went wrong with the install/repair. 2 hrs after they left, I found that one zone read as open and I couldn’t arm the system. And one of the cameras/motion sensor lights we had installed doesn’t light up. We had to call and now awaiting ANOTHER tech to fix these issues. 5. Slomin’s NEVER in 15 yrs. called or wrote to discuss upgrading or updating our system. We only learned of a possible upgrade from a tech who came to inspect after we had a break-in.
The team was very knowledgeable and didn’t let anything stop them from installing my alarm system . Supervisor Peter was extremely important to have help the tech. I even added fire alarms to my home . He made sure we were safe from everything.

You did very well and yours technician was great. Friendly and explained what was doing and instructed me and my wife how to use the app for camera.
I thought I purchased a 360 camera as an additional part of my package to have viewing a capability to my back yard. Unfortunately, the camera would only give me a view of my door. Since the camera did not have this capability, I declined to have it installed. When called into customer service to obtain a refund because my card was charged, they had no record of me paying for a camera. At this point I called in for a second time and was told a supervisor has my case and I would need to wait for a call back. That was on 5/29 and no one has gotten back to me regarding my refund. I'm disappointed with the lack of concern as a new customer. I also called the Chris the Sales person who sold me the package and he could not help either. If this is the way you treat your new customers, it is very dishearting.
Everything was good except for not getting a lawn sign, installer said he didn’t have anymore. He did not let me know he didn’t have anymore until after signing off that I did.
