Aug 17,2022We have been using Smart City Prestige for several years mainly for airport runs and are very happy with their service. The drivers are always professional, polite and punctual and have never left us down. The booking process is quick and responsive, on the occasions when we have needed flexibility they have been accommodating. Mark especially, is really personable and efficient. Would highly recommend this company.

Aug 09,2022Extremely disappointing encounter with someone I spoke to the other day. Very rude, not forthcoming. I usually don't even give any reviews it's either when I'm highly impressed by the service or extremely disappointed, and unfortunately, this went the opposite direction. If I may give you advice, try to accommodate the wishes of customers as long as it's nothing ridiculous I think you should work on resolving issues and not be so insulting. Not a company I can recommend.

Jun 01,2022I required a Rolls Royce for my wedding and was struggling to find companies who could cater to the the complexity of the day. SCP went above and beyond, they took all of the stress and planning away from me. The vehicle arrived on-time. Our driver Ken was extremely helpful, friendly and funny and the whole day went to plan with no errors. The Royce being a crucial element to the special day. I would highly recommend SCP Luxury. The vehicle arrived in immaculate condition and our driver was knowledgeable and very accommodating. I will definitely be using this service again!

I was nervous about using a new company (new to me) for my event which involved over 25 airport transfers and 3 days of group transfers for a group of HNWs - but from the moment Karim picked up the phone I knew I had nothing to worry about. Excellent customer service, quick to respond to changes, clean and well presented cars, friendly and smart drivers - a brilliant combination which resulted in an all round smooth event and extremely happy clients. At the point of booking and accepting payment in full we were assured flexibility of timing and on the day they were anything but . Renee and his colleagues reneged on their assurances of flexibility which were so forthcoming at the time of booking Completely ruined my sons wedding . Don't go near this company

Mar 10,2020I can not recommend Smart City Prestige enough, working with Karim and the team at what can be a highly stressful/busy occasion leading up to a wedding was a seamless task. We worked through the required itinerary and ensured no detail was missed. On the day our driver Yahya was professional, punctual and a great personality. Everything we asked of from this service was delivered. I would not hesitate to get in touch with the team as they are really leading the way in luxury chauffeur services no matter the occasion.
