CRIMINALS! I WISH i had read all the TERRIBLE reviews! Placed order on 9/6/24; on 9/9/24 UPS Tracking says they are waiting on package; on 9/12/24 UPS is still waiting on package. When i email smokers world 9/12/24, they tell me to check with UPS, but UPS can’t give an update when they are still waiting on the package. That is the update! Smokers World simply created a UPS label but never delivered the package for UPS to ship! Emailed Smokers World again, and they do not respond! Do not lose your money too! I’m out $100.
I ordered the 6 pk (double bubble) Loy XL . The flavor was totally different from the original Loy XL and the color of the wrapping was much darker. These are fake not the real vapes. To top that off I paid $89 plus I paid for shipping insurance only to receive these fake empty vapes. (3 of the them were totally empty) I called only to get no answer, no call back. I emailed only to receive no response!!! Please save your money and time DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered and received confirmation of the order. I waited and waited. I checked email and tracking for days with no shipment. I asked to please ship or refund me. After waiting several days and contacting about receiving what I ordered or refund… they did give me a refund(haven’t seen yet but we will see - always order with Amex). No apologies for not providing what I ordered. I would 100 percent order from another vendor.
Worst place I have ever ordered anything. I ordered 9 vapes only got 3 and not even what I ordered, back and forth sent the missing 6 and again not what I ordered. Order from somewhere else trust me.
When you receive what you ordered consider your self lucky. I’m currently waiting for the second time for an issue to be resolved. They sent wrong product again and don’t have time to correct it. I received an email saying they would be sending me a return label but who knows when. I used to like the company and now they are not doing business like they used to. Incorrect items and longer shipping times have me thinking they don’t care about customer service.
I have been ordering from them for a while. Number one it says “arrives 1-4 business days”. That used to be true. This order and last order it didn’t even ship until 3 days after ordering. In this instance this is day 3 and still not shipped but the label was created. We order the elf bars. They also used to be great now we are getting about 5 that only last one day out of the ten we order each time. I will definitely be ordering elsewhere from here on out. I think if they can’t even manage to get the package into the mail after three days they should probably update their shipping policy. Because shipping out in 1-4 days is an issue at this point let alone it arriving in 1-4 business days. Joke of company that is relatively new that will go down in flames just like these other companies that don’t care about their customers. They don’t realize… they are nothing without us. I just looked through the other reviews too. It seems it’s right in line with how this company has been for us. They were great of you look at reviews from beginning of 2022. The reviews get worse and worse especially leading to now. Guarantee this company will be down within a year.

First time customer, I ordered $133.40 of disposable vapes. My package never arrived so I contacted the company and they said the shipment got lost and they would send another. I got the package but it only had half of what I ordered. They were nice enough to throw in a free vape for the shipping issues but I would have rather just liked to receive my entire order. I opened one of the vapes and it tasted burnt, I opened another and it tasted burnt. I opened all 7 Whiff vapes and they all tasted burnt. I contacted the company again and explained 1.) shipping issues 2.) didn’t receive half of my order 3.) all whiff vapes taste burnt They wouldn’t issue me a refund so we agreed I’d sent the original faulty vapes back and they would send me new vapes. I sent the package back a week ago, emailed them and haven’t heard anything. I would not recommend buying from this company.
My package came late but that was due to UPS. When I got my package I had the correct number only six of my 20 vapes were incorrect I reached out to the guy who took the order David he promised me he would send me the correct vapes which I said I would take 4 He didn’t send my Vape’s I called him he told me not to worry about it I have nothing to be concerned about and still I have not received the correct vapes this is as of September 18, 2022. My Order Took Pl., August 19, 2022. This is very disappointing as a first time customer due to looking forward to have future business with him I’m definitely reconsidering ordering from them again.
I have been ordering for a couple of years,my last order had one that was a dud,reached out via email and they replaced the dud on my next order. Very pleased, excellent customer service.
My order arrived promptly. The communication was great and all the pieces were correct. Unfortunately, out of the 9 disposable vapor devices I ordered, 3 of which were either expired (tasted terrible) or faulty. Disappointing for a first time order, but I do know that it’s hard for you to control that. UPDATE: The company did replace the faulty vapes and were really cordial about the issue. I have re-ordered wit the company since and my next order was on point.

I’m confused. I’ve seen some good reviews. I’ve seen some bad reviews, but I’m just curious are they legit it seems like it, but I’ve been having some strange miscommunication.
