I recently ordered a USM haller sideboard. It was packed all too lightly in a very thin cardboard crate and it was damaged in the transport. Also the second one was damaged because it was packed too lightly again - against what we had agreed on. Also, I was instructed to buy a rubber hammer and to try fix the first faulted sideboard. The most tedious part was the difficult and slow email communication. My messages were answered after days and days and reacted on only when I was being very demanding. This whole process took me almost two months. Also the rubber hammer was never reimbursed even though I had asked for it. I would advise international customers to think very carefully when considering Smow as a USM haller store.

Excellent customer service! I received a damaged USM Haller door and they promptly assisted and sent me a new one to replace it with a link with video instructions on how to do so. Thank you again Lisa N.! Fast delivery, beautiful item, great customer experience: I couldn't have asked for me.

It was one of the best shopping experience. We've been looking for an USM piece for so long, but it's not an easy order to make as there are so many technical details. Smow has an amazing range of products and it was so easy to order, they even reached out to us to check some details that we didn't even know we can choose. We received the furniture 3 days after we ordered it, even though we live in Amsterdam.Also we thought we will assemble it (some other store asked us an extra 90E to assemble) but we already received it fully built. We're so happy to discover this website as it will be our no:1 furniture address.

Ordered a usm haller and considering it is built to order it shipped very fast (the next day), it took about a week to be delivered and it was nicely packaged.
