Nov 07,2023I have used this company for several years and cannot rate them highly enough. They are totally committed to providing first class care and the sitter who has looked after my pets clearly loves animals. They promptly to enquiries and are an efficient friendly service.

Nov 06,2023Csillag was amazing with our pets, especially our dog who can be a little nervous. He clearly had an amazing time whilst we were away, and we received regular updates and photos. Our house was left spotless when we returned and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Csillag.

Nov 04,2023Great service - we had utmost confidence in leaving our dog with the sitter. The briefing was so helpful as this was our first time. Our dog was very happy with him, he was a very good communicator, giving us regular updates and left the house clean and tidy, all in all excellent experience- we will use them again!

Oct 29,2023Trustworthy house sitting and dog sitting service, fully insured and experienced. We have used the service a couple of times and have been very pleased. Our dogs are very well cared for, and the house is clean and tidy. With WhatsApp messages and photos sent to update, and good communication. All in all a great service that allows you to have peace of mind and enjoy your holiday.

Oct 09,2023Having suddenly to head into work one week into a new puppy it was great to be able to rely on Julia from SM Precious Pets to take care of both him and my older dog for the day. Both dogs had lots of fun and Julia was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Once they’d confirmed they could help with our dates we met with the sitter and made sure both parties were happy. Whilst we were away our sitter keep us updated with photos and anecdotes and we found happy dogs and a tidy house upon our return. We’d happily work with them again

Sep 18,2023While the initial booking procedure felt a bit formal and impersonal, once I was introduced to Sarah, it was a no brainer to go ahead. She came up to introduce herself well before the sit-date and was just a delight. My dog fell in love with her...and that's unusual. Sarah was great for the sit as well. Loads of photos and videos every day showing me how happy my pup was. I came back to an immaculate house, a happy pup...and she'd even popped a few things in the fridge for me. The follow up after the sit with Julia was also great. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you SMPP!

Our dogs have loved every sitter! We always feel reassured and totally happy leaving our dogs in the care of a SM Precious Pets Sitter and I believe this is the best compliment.

Gabriela, our sitter, was lovely and caring and our puppy immediately took to her. We felt very comfortable leaving our pet and home in her care and she kept us updated with pictures and news from home frequently which put our mind at rest. Highly recommend. Took all the stress away from leaving our dog to go on holiday.

The sitter was exceptional, she had a very calm, kind caring nature and my dog and 2 cats were in very capable hands. Aug 19,2023We have been delighted to have Csillag sit for our boy twice - first occasion 2 weeks and second for one day. Our first experience of petting sitting, we had all the obvious apprehensions. Needn't have worried at all, not only was Riley in best of hands, Csillag kept the house spotless and it was a great reassurance having the house occupied whilst we were away. Regular updates & photos , we couldn't have asked for more. Thoroughly impressed with smpreciouspets from start to finish - we wouldn't go anywhere else and have already booked Csillag's services for next year! Thank you Julia and entire team.

She walked our Golden Retriever for some really long walks which he loved and she kept us updated with photos daily. She also left our house absolutely spotless! We absolutely loved her and so did our dog Percy! Thanks again!

Aug 10,2023We contacted SM Precious Pets to dog sit for us on a number of days over the summer. The customer service was excellent and we had the booking confirmed within a matter of days. David our Sitter was polite, punctual and our dog really loved playing with him in the garden whilst we were out. We were also very grateful to get photo/text updates as to how he was getting on whilst we were away. Would highly recommend and use again!

Aug 08,2023I’ve used SM Precious Pets twice now since end June (week’s holiday + day sit) both with sitter Rachel. I couldn’t be more impressed and happy with whole service - good communication and smooth process, reassuring that sitters are strictly vetted and provide introductory visits. Our sitter, Rachel, was amazing. A very capable, kind, caring person, totally flexible throughout and met all my dogs needs including cooking her food. Was also reassuring to get pictures/video updates whilst we were away. Felt totally comfortable with Rachel caring for my dog and house. I have no hesitation in recommending SM Precious Pets to care for your fur babies. For me, it was important to have my dog looked after in her own environment and it looked like she had a wonderful time too! Thank you SM PP and especially to Rachel.
