Our lovely sitter Terry was perfect for our dog… calm experienced and kind. I fully recommend this company from my experience and will be using them again in the future.

Jun 21,2023Set up a weekend to introduce Maisie to being looked after by one of the Prescious Pet team. We needed a sitter who could cope with daily grooming of a long haired dog. Our sitter did an excellent job. We were very happy. The meet and greet before the actual weekend was very useful. We had regular updates while we were away and felt confident our girl was in good hands. Thankyou.

Jun 10,2023I would highly recommend SM Precious Pets. From their customer service and communication, through to the pet sitting service, we had a very good experience. Csillag, our dog sitter was exceptional. We hugely appreciated Csillag's daily updates and photos, which helped as we were missing our two boys so much. Csillag got to know our boys really well, and their quirks. We returned to a spotless house, and Csillag had even stripped the bed and washed the sheets after her stay. Thank you Csillag and SM precious Pets.

May 14,2023Crunchie was well looked after by Caroline in April. Had lovely messages and updates throughout the week. Pre-visits are also carried out before any stay so dog and sitter can be introduced. Very happy with my experience with precious pets so far. Got another one booked in for August.

May 12,2023Julia from SM Precious pets has looked after our dog Maisie twice now and we’re really happy with how it’s gone. Maisie is nervous but Julia has been very patient and calm with her and the second time she came Maisie was so excited to see her so we know she must have had a great time! All the booking and communication with the service has been great too.

May 10,2023We had David come and stay with our precious fur babies (kitties) over a long weekend, was so lovely to see how nicely they warmed up to him!! I believe cats are a strong judge of character and they absolutely loved having him here with them!! Would highly recommend Smpreciouspets! Thanks guys 😉

We had never used a sitting service before and were blessed to have Csillag come to us. Both my babies were happy and healthy on our return, my property perfectly cared for, and the regular photo updates while we were away gave us peace of mind we had done the right thing.

The onboarding was very professional and understanding of specific needs related to my dog. Meeting Chaya was the highlight of my day. She is caring, gentle and has vet knowledge in case needed. Apr 18,2023We were extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish. The sitter came and met our dog the week before so she could familiarize herself with our house and the dog. On the evening she arrived promptly and was absolutely lovely and our dog was so happy all evening meaning we could relax and enjoy ourselves worry free. Would definitely use this service again. Apr 03,2023Our rescue boy, Alfie, can be quite intimidating to new people coming to our house until he knows them and we’ve struggled to find a good fit for him with past pet sitters. SM Precious Pets matched us perfectly with Aurelie. She came to meet Alfie and was so calm and understanding with him that he took to her within minutes. I was amazed how quickly he settled down and started to play. When Aurelie came to do the actual pet sit, he greeted her like an old friend and we were able to enjoy our much needed evening out without any worries. A great reliable and personal service all round from SM Precious Pets and huge relief for us to have found the perfect fit for Alfie.

Mar 10,2023We had Terry as our sitter for our nervous cockapoo, she never takes to strangers on the street but he was happy to do a view visits and let her get used to him. On the day of the sit (which initially was a couple of hours) he took her out for a short walk while we left and she was so happy jusy walking next to him, he even sent us a picture of her relaxing on sofa next to him. The staff at precious pets were so kind to me as I have never left my dog with a sitter before and they really put me at ease. I will def be using them again in the future ! If you have a nervous dog and are anxious honestly it can work. I’m confident my dog will be so pleased to see Terry come again in the future

Initially quite nervous about having a stranger stay in the house with our dog but all my worries disappeared after initial contact and then on meeting with our dog sitter Megan. She kept us updated with photos and left the house as we had handed it over. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.

He is respectful, polite, reliable, and thorough in making sure that all the information regarding our dogs’ needs was covered. Communication was excellent, from arranging the pre visit through to, on the afternoon of the visit, texting us updates with photos of two very relaxed dogs! SMPrecious Pets service is excellent, and we were impressed with the level of detail on their booking forms, reassuring us of their commitment to ensuring the best individual service for our dogs. We will definitely be using this company again and would trust them completely to care for our dogs. Thank you.

Aug 04,2023Rachel was excellent! She made sure Blade (who can be a really nervous dog) was entertained and exercised. She also looked after the house well and overall we were very pleased with the service. We would certainly he happy to use SM (and Rachel) again.
