Nov 23,2024My last payment for 100 day payment didn’t go through. I owed $200 left and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. There was no warning email/notification for this or a courtesy call before this option expires. I wish they would’ve helped me out with but they wouldn’t. I won’t be using SNAP finance anymore. I now have to pay $1000 more.

Nov 22,2024Me fue muy mal, está Financiera no ve por sus clientes ellos solo se preocupan Por que pagues intereses de más y de no ser así pagas 3 veces el monto . Tengo malamete un crédito con ellos. mi plazo de 100 días se llegó hice mi pago y resulta que mi pago no llegó ese dia, llamo y me trae de agente con agente con mentiras tras mentiras y que ahora debo el doble . No lo Recomiendo es una Finacieta con prácticas comerciales injustas y engañosa sin duda lucran con el Consumidor, Tengan cuidado si piensan sacar un crédito con ellos.

Nov 20,2024If I could give 0 starts I would. The worst customers service I have ever dealt with. Got hung up on when I was trying to resolve a problem. They don’t care about the military and the people that serve our country. My husband is in the navy and deployed and all I wanted to do was pay his bill but they will not allow me to make a payment unless he says it’s okay. He is on a boat out to sea he can not contact them and that’s the reason why I tried. I have never been treated so bad by a company. There are so many companies I had to reach out to because my husband deployed and they are always understanding but not this company. I reached out to the CEO and still have not heard back. Don’t support a company that can’t even support our military!

Nov 19,2024I wouldn’t recommend Snap Finance to my Family/Friends regarding get a small loan, over $5 a day most of my payments go towards interest which will be impossible to pay off, I was taken off the payoff date bc I was laid off my job which wasn’t my fault but continue to make my payments on time.

Nov 17,2024It was a quick and fast process. I was approved and able to use the funds to fix a repair I needed ASAP. Getting this financing allowed me to get to my uncles funeral in Orlando Florida. Without this I would have missed the funeral

Nov 17,2024I say 5 stars because in a time of need they really come through! I needed 1700 for car repairs and was approved. Payments came out of my account on pay days( very helpful) 100 days to pay off what you borrowed which I think is great! Yes apr is high but having 100 days to figure it out if you can was very helpful! Will use again if needed. I believe I got the loan end of August and thankfully was able to pay remaining at the 100 days.

Nov 17,2024When I received my bed there were parts missing and an issue with a fault on the material (was damaged). I don’t think that finance should start until you are happy with your item. I emailed the company and received nothing hence why I stopped paying. This should not be allowed to mark your file and snap finance should be more careful who they do business with!!
