May 27,2024I would not recommend this company. They lied to me when I had to end my lease early, and said it would not effect future applications. I couldn't not use the tires and alignment I purchased using their services, after finding out my car was a total loss. I took all the steps the told me 1. Donated the tires to a place they recommended (Goodwill would not accept the tires, but Habitat for Humanity would. But i called to be sure the place that would accept them was okay. I was told yes!), not sold. AND 2. Provided proof via email, which I still have the email. Since I have not been approved. It's like they have me on a list now that will not allow me to be approved. They NEVER had a problem with a payment. I even paid my leases out early. This is the kind of company where you have hang up, sometimes, and call again to get better or more info and even a nicer person that really want to help. They understood why I did not want to pay on items I no longer could use or have. I even told the supervisor I spoke with if it would cause future problems I will just pay the lease out. She said it would not! I called to confirm they received the email of my donation, and they had. They also states no credit is needed.. but now their denial email states I am denied due to my credit.

May 25,2024I sometime would like to make my payments early however; your system is not set up to make early payments but when l try to talk to your customer service they always tell me to wait until the automatic payment date. You are the only service l know that don’t allow for payments to be made early.
