Oct 02,2024We used snap finance to purchase tires for our truck and it was set up to pay it off in 3 monthly installments. The month after the last installment payment was made snap pulled out money from our checking account, but it was not caught until the following month when snap pulled out of our checking account again. After a call was made the snap representative apologized for the error and the next day the total amount for those 2 months was put back into our checking account. If you use snap make sure you check your account every month to make sure they are not continuing to take money from your account. Snap was taking out an amount that was about a 1/3 less than the original monthly plan amount, so just keep an eye out for any additional withdrawals from your account after your final payment is made.

Sep 25,2024I have been a SNAP customer for a while now paid off several accounts. I have not ever missed a payment or been late. I recently lost some of my income due to health issues and medical insurance going up. To be proactive or so I thought with what I had saved and with 2 open accounts at SNAP I called in to payoff 1 account to prevent them not being able to get a payment on both accounts. I was told they would not take payoff of $650 instead of $698 so SNAP would prefer to not only lose a great customer over $48 they also would prefer that $5000 go to collections and never receive a dime, as opposed to taking the payoff??? It makes no sense and is bad business. I will not ever do business with SNAP again and will caution all those who do. Horrible place.

Sep 24,2024I was in a terrible financial bind. I had just started a job and my car needed extensive repairs. The awesome associate at Bob's Tires recommended I apply with snap and I laughed and said they would turn me down and to my great surprise I was approved for above the amount I needed for my repairs. The process was easy and the approval was super quick !!! I'm so happy I applied !!?

Sep 24,2024All of the washer and dryers had scratches on them, and I was not given a set. they gave me a washer that was Samsung and the dryer was LG. I wanted a set, but that's not what I was given. I had to pay an extra fee for delivery because the first set of washer and dryer they delivered had problems. Then because I didn't want the dryer hose hooked up to the wall, I had to sign a waiver so that if anything happens with the dryer hose its not covered under the insurance. I am very disappointed in this place. I would never recomend this place to anyone. I saw their delivery prices on the salesperson's desk and according to my zip code I should have only paid $55 for my delivery. the 1st delivery I was charged $60 and the second delivery I was charged $65. I asked why and I was told it's because I purchased a front loader washer and dryer. that's not right. if your gonna charge you should charge by distance like the chart said. I also didn't like that I couldn't get my paperwork printed out. I should have been able to get my paperwork that I had signed printed out while I was at the store.

Sep 24,2024For me it was the ease of the app and the whole process Snap Finance provides filling out an application was easy. Snap is used at a lot of locations not only for auto repair/ tires. Snap really helped me when I was in a financial Jam. What I thought was really cool was if you have a problem you can contact them and talk to a live agent. I definitely recommend Snap Finance and will definitely be using them again.

Sep 23,2024I liked the fact they answered all my questions. you really have to do your homework to get the best rate, but all in all they make it easy for you to make payments in the app and no penalties to paying off early if you do the 100 day option.
